  When it came down to it, any gun could save a life. She’s been using them for years— seen the damage they can inflict first-hand. It isn’t a pretty sight, but you get used to it.

                          “Ever use one before?”

         It was a bit complicated–
                    explaining that she did not have any use for the weapon because she had magical powers that could help aid her would only make the other believe that she was insane. Had you asked Hermione that when she was much younger, she would have thought the same.

                                        “No, I have not. I suppose I am merely interested in learning– and possibly trying to handle one, just in case the opportunity ever arose where I had to.”

 She’s suspicious,but doesn’t question.

                  “Is that so?”
                         The girl said, making a mental note. It is not as though she needed a gun, but was purely fascinated by them– they were barbaric, but something that she had come to know that is quite necessary with the violence that escalates these days.
                                            “Which are easier to handle?”
